On January 21th 2016, at 9 am, the unveiling ceremony of the Center for International Agricultural Research(CIAR) was held in the Lecture Hall of the Agricultural Information Institute (AII) of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. At that time, leaders of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences attended and delivered speeches. Leaders of member units of the inter-ministerial joint conference on agricultural foreign cooperation attended the ceremony.
