Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and administrative processes for international institutions, liaison with international organizations, and organize related activities.
Draft research and work reports.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in English from a well-known domestic or international university (a background in law studies or practice is preferred).
Strong reading, writing, and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Passionate about international cooperation in agricultural science and technology, with a strong sense of commitment and good physical health.
Prior experience working in international institutions is preferred.
Outgoing, energetic, team-oriented, and able to handle stress well.

Employment is through labor dispatch, with contractual management. The hired personnel will sign employment contracts and responsibility agreements with the labor dispatch company and the employing department, with a probationary period as specified in the contract.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of the Overseas Agricultural Research Center Office in administrative and daily office tasks.
Manage office procurement, inventory control, and distribution of office supplies for the Overseas Agricultural Research Center.
Handle document signing and stamping, contract management, drafting of official documents, file reception and distribution, as well as project file archiving and management.
Liaise with external departments and receive visitors, answer phone calls, provide information, and relay messages.
Assist in organizing and coordinating interviews, meetings, training sessions, team activities, and holiday greetings.
Assist in employee recruitment, interviews, and training; focus on employee development, team-building, and talent retention.
Draft recruitment announcements, liaise with third-party companies for job postings, and assist new employees with onboarding procedures, contract signing, and system applications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in administrative management or related fields.
2-3 years of relevant administrative assistant experience preferred.
Prior experience in a research institution is a plus.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and stress management abilities.
