Introduction

Huang Minghe



Huang Minghe holds a bachelor's degree in International Politics from the University of International Relations, Beijing, and a master's degree in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh. She currently serves as a Program Officer at the Center for International Agricultural Research, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), where she focuses on international cooperation and program management.

She has been actively involved in high-level international events, including the 2024 China-Africa Innovation Cooperation and Development Forum in Wuhan, key delegations for overseas visits, and meetings and conferences with IGOs, NGOs and enterprises. In the area of project management, she has contributed to ESG case studies for leading Chinese agricultural enterprises and coordinated expert meetings for international research initiatives. She also has extensive experience in translation and editing of research publications, international cooperation proposals, and high-profile speeches. Additionally, she has participated in organizing the 2024 Youth Hackathon on Urban Agriculture, overseeing participant selection, online training, and other event execution procedure. Her contributions also include editing manuscripts, revising contracts, and facilitating external research visits and field surveys in rural areas. Currently, she is serving in the Secretariat of the China-Africa Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Alliance, matching domestic and international leading agricultural resources with market demands, assisting in the implementation of talent development programs, and organizing the annual general meeting of alliance members.
