Liu Ying joined the Center for International Agricultural Research in May 2024 as a Program Officer. She mainly focuses on multilateral cooperation, project management, foreign aid training, and youth hackathon activities.

She plays a key role in supporting foreign aid training programs, overseeing everything from project planning and material preparation to ensuring smooth communication between participants and experts. Liu Ying also assists with financial oversight, working with the finance team to ensure funds are used effectively and assisting with final project reporting and accounting.

In addition to her core responsibilities, Liu Ying contributes to various projects by performing tasks such as data analysis, report writing, and event coordination. Her work supports international agricultural cooperation efforts and helps ensure that projects run smoothly and achieve their goals.
